Yoga is widely acknowledged as an inclusive means to lead a physically active lifestyle. WHO mYoga is an application designed for the general public to engage with yoga regularly, offering learning and practice sessions of varied durations. The app has been meticulously developed through a review of scientific literature and extensive consultation with international experts. It prioritizes user safety and privacy by not collecting any personal data, catering to individuals between the ages of 12 to 65. Currently available in French, English, and Hindi, additional language options in alignment with UN standards are set to be rolled out in the near future.

The application offers a comprehensive library of video and audio yoga sessions allowing users to practice at their convenience within the comforts of their own home.

Aligned with WHO's global Traditional Medicine Strategy 2014–2023 aiming to enhance the quality, safety, and efficacy of Traditional and Complementary Medicine, WHO, in collaboration with the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy (Ministry of AYUSH), Government of India, has introduced the mYoga app to facilitate the strategy's implementation and promote the practice of Yoga at users' fingertips.
